Welcome to PawPrintables. By accessing or purchasing from our website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Print-on-Demand Fulfilment

PawPrintables is a print-on-demand brand. All orders are processed by us and fulfilled through our production partner, Printify. This means each product is made to order and shipped directly to you. While we manage your order and customer service, printing and delivery are handled by third-party Printify partners.

2. Product Variations

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, slight variations in color, alignment, or print clarity may occur. These are not considered defects. We do our best to represent all products as accurately as possible on the Site.

3. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it is sent to production within a few hours. For this reason, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed after checkout. If you made a mistake, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Most items are produced and shipped within 3–7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we'll do our best to support you through any issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Digital Products

All digital products (e.g. printable wall art) are delivered instantly via email. Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content on this Site are the property of PawPrintables and are protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without written permission.

8. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

9. Limitation of Liability

PawPrintables is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
