Welcome to PawPrintables. By accessing or purchasing from our website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Print-on-Demand Fulfilment
PawPrintables is a print-on-demand brand. All orders are processed by us and fulfilled through our production partner, Printify. This means each product is made to order and shipped directly to you. While we manage your order and customer service, printing and delivery are handled by third-party Printify partners.
2. Product Variations
Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, slight variations in color, alignment, or print clarity may occur. These are not considered defects. We do our best to represent all products as accurately as possible on the Site.
3. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, it is sent to production within a few hours. For this reason, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed after checkout. If you made a mistake, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Most items are produced and shipped within 3–7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we’ll do our best to support you through any issues.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because items are custom printed, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as “change of mind” or incorrect size selection. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, product images, and content on this Site are the property of PawPrintables or its licensors. You may not reuse, reproduce, or sell any content from our store without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
PawPrintables shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. We are also not responsible for loss or damages caused by external fulfillment partners, including delays or shipping issues.
8. Modifications to the Site
We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove parts of the website, product offerings, or pricing at any time. These Terms may also be updated, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
