Shipping Information
All our products are made to order through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means your items are specially created just for you, and typically ship within 3–7 business days after you place your order.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- UK & Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–12 business days
- Rest of World: 7–20 business days
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or seasonal demand. We will provide tracking details once your order is fulfilled (where available).
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — keep an eye out!
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or ordering errors.
Order Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly, often within hours. If you need to make a change or cancel, email us immediately at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrectly entered addresses. If your package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
